What are you reading at the moment, and what do you think of it?
I don't actually have a book on the go at the moment (I know...) but the last book I read was Cat Among the Pigeons by Agatha Christie. Loved it, really well written and engaging, and a good level - it's the first murder mystery I've ever managed to get anywhere at all with guessing who did it, which was really satisfying.

I'm actually currently rereading The ABC Murders, which is also Poirot. Bit harder to guess than Cat Among the Pigeons, I think, since it's somewhat differently written than most of Agatha Christie's and it's hard to know exactly who is a suspect and who isn't. But it is really good. Poirot is tracking a serial killer and he meets various people connected with each victim and then there are different police and so on involved with the first couple of cases until they realise it's all being done by the same killer and then there are a few "experts" on the mentality of serial killers and stuff. And another set of characters that only appear in chapters that seem unconnected to the other events until the end.
