IEBS Digital School , the leading digital business school in online training, held Human Tech Day last Thursday , an inspiring event that featured expert leaders in high-impact technologies and methodologies for HR departments. During the day, the speakers shared their experiences on how their organizations have managed to overcome the challenges of change and, in addition, added their vision of the future regarding the use of technology for talent management. First, Mónica Flores, President of ManpowerGroup LATAM, spoke .
